Big Boss is just the master of CQC that can take out ANYTHING even a superhuman Quiet in 5 hits or less, but one small boy. I don't care if he's the spawn of Cyborg Ninja and Afro Samurai, he's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 9. Body weight alone gives advantage.

Spetznaz are one of the tougheeeeeeees soliders in the world. In all honesty, they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane.

Liquid is the immortal son of ... like just a reall good quality human. Then somewhere along the line devolves into a snivling tyrant prince.

One thing is to say "Ocelot, Zero has started a project to make clones of me and because of this I left our organization", that's one thing completly plausible for BB to say;

How the hell would Big Boss know that? He left the organization when he heard of the project, moreover, Zero tried to keep the project a secret from Big Boss as much as he could.

THEREFORE

My point is: Big Boss (and by association Ocelot) knows that his clones exists. He has no way however of knowing that Eli is one of them, specially because he just found him in the middle of Africa!! That's why Ocelot asked for a DNA exam, and since the DNA was negative, Ocelot had no way of knowing that Eli was indeed one of the clones.

Remember people! Ocelot made himself believe that Venom was Big Boss, he has no way of actually knowing that the DNA test was a fake because Venom is not Big Boss, same way as he has no way of testing Eli against the DNA of the real Big Boss.

Therefore, the only possible conclusion is that Ocelot really believed his DNA tests results and therefore does not know that Eli is Liquid. (at least not during this time where the phantom pain happens. He obviously figured out later somehow )

Kaz knows. He's the only one. It's why he's pissed.

As Real big boss isn't really there, he was the bandages man disguested as you or your name as such. Pretty much he stole your identy as in return you become biggest mercenaries as Big Boss. I say its pretty sweet deal if you ask me, but I don't think its that sweet enough because now real big boss really chilling in the nice sweet ass sun and chilling with the babes around him...probably making tons of babies...wuut its not clone snake, its only at lest they could do not have real snake running around partying as phantom snake have to do his dirty job. I mean common. Big boss is really jerk, anyway pretty much Eli knew his father and later on will tell his brother the whole crazy story about it, I mean really about it that he met his father.
