Well he's body got burned by solid snake. and was rebuilt with body parts from the other clones

skullface was there to clean up anything after the event he wasnt with paramedic sigint snake or zero as that part of the team atleast.

I believe we are playing as Morpho. The medic, who died trying to save Big Boss, was replaced by Morpho. But, they looked the same. So, as to not make it too jarring to Morpho, they just took a piece of metal and jammed it into his skull and put him through the same treatment Medic was going to go through. We are playing as the phantom of the phantom.

We need to find out more, because remember what Kaz said, "We'll discover the truth, no matter how ugly."

morpho was the pilot and died venom is the medic who took the bomb out of Paz

You're right. It's Venom Snake in Outer Haven in metal gear 1. His shrapnel has been pushed out by his healing body at that time. Or, you know, the game is almost 20 years old so no shrapnel either way. But yea its venom
