What happens to Venom Snake and the diamond dogs after TPP? VS isn't mentioned in sons of the boss era.

I don't know where people get this theory, but the official wiki says that Venom becomes the Big Boss Solid Snake kills in Metal Gear 1 at Outer Heaven, while the real Big Boss was who you fight in MG2 in Zanibar Land.

However, there is not a damn thing in the series to support that theory other than Big Boss changing codec frequencies; but everyone changes their frequency at that point, not just Big Boss.

Venom goes on to lead Outer Heaven and he get's tore the ♥♥♥♥ up by Soild Snake.

It states in the timeline that plays after the final cutscene (there are two timelines, I believe it's in the second one) that Solid Snake kills Venom Snake posing as Big Boss during the Outer Heaven Incident from Metal Gear

First, probably there won't be a MGS6, and even if there is, it won't be canon since no Kojima;
Secondly, what happens to him is already explained in this game, and in the events of the original Metal Gear game

I strongly doubt there is going to be a Metal Gear Solid 6. It is either going to be a remake of Metal Gear...or nothing at all.

It just mentions when operation Intrude N313 was and that was the very last thing on the timeline.

It just mentions when operation Intrude N313 was.

If you look closely in the background in the last scene. You can see the diamond dogs emblem change to Outer Heaven's emblem and you can hear all kinds of gunfire going on outside the door. It gave us a glimpse of Venom right before he died.

In the last cutscene you can see Outer Heaven logo, and Venom gets the tape with warning about Solid Snake mission.

A Metal Gear spin off could also be a possibility. Konami's website claims to be seeking personnel to work on Metal Gear, not Metal Gear Solid, there may be something behind that.

As for the OP, Diamond Dogs is located in Southeast Africa, while the MG1 Outer Heaven is in South Africa, its possible to think the organization simply expanded (like Kaz says MSF was expanding) until it established bases in near territories.

Interesting theory. How did VS became a bad guy anyway? I understand that Big Boss joined cipher's cause and zero's interpretation of boss' will is somehow evil or something. But VS looks like a good guy so far.

They are mercs waging war for no other reason than money and revenge that didn't really satisfy them. They are already villains in a way.

Diamond Dogs isn't mentioned, but Big Boss asks Venom to lead Outer Heaven at some point after it's construction. In Metal Gear 1, the rookie Solid Snake is sent there by Big Boss to try and buy time for Venom to finish completing the Metal Gear. It's "buying time," since Solid is a rookie, so it was predicted he'd go slower than anyone else in Foxhound. Well, Solid does much better than expected, leading to Big Boss telling him to abort the mission. Solid doesn't, then goes on to kill "Big Boss," leading to the real Big Boss to leave Foxhound and disappear until the events of MG2
