So about Chico's chest wound in Ground Zeroes.
Was Chico a specimen for Skull Face's parasite? Like he was infected with English Parasite after the torture, and will die as soon as he talk in English. Skull Face gave him "Here's to you" tape to save Chico's life because Paz had already told him Zero's location.

Am i right about this?

I think he was shot, Oak. There's a part in one of the MGSV trailers where a Marine pours water from his canteen over a prisoner's face, which is obstructed by a sack of sorts. The prisoner waddles off only to be shot through the chest. Maybe that's Chico?
