It's because these kids are crying babies, while that puppy is a real tough guy. So you need science to give the childs a softer ride up.

I did it in the fastest possible time, identified the 2 people I needed to extract (this is before the OMG YOU HAVE EPIDEMIC mission starts) and ran over 350M with both :-\. I had to literally do it like I did, scouting the base took maybe 20 seconds, approach 30-40 seconds. D-dog marked some kids, I spotted the two right away. Sneak sneak incap both from behind, hide behind house. OH NO PATROL COMING - I was hauling ass by then.
