Quiet is young. Possibly upper teens low 20s. But, it was 1984 when she attacked you in the hospital. So, you can see from the time Sniper wolf was Born, Quiet was an XOF operative / parasite experiment, and even after the hospital attack she was with you henceforth.

So, there's really nothing linking them two together asides from that they're both females and snipers...
