[SPOILERS] How to get the last memento picture for Paz?

Hey so I have gotten 10 "photos" from rescuing the old motherbase staff members missions, and delivered them all to Paz. However It seems I'm missing the final one?

I've been playing side op after side op trying to unlock that final "rescue old motherbase staff" side op, but it never pops up. I've already beaten the game and saw the Truth Ending as well as Quiet's ending.

The final memento is already in the mother base.
It's in a wall beside the door to the paz's room...

I'm curious how to get the other 9 if you've done all those side ops already. I didn't meet Paz until way after the game was over and all the side ops were done.

I checked and couldnt find a way to redo those side ops.

You don't need to re-do the side-ops, I myself found paz when I had 8 pictures and only 1 old-motherbase soldier to extract left. You get memento pictures from old mother base soldiers, check database for pictures they should be there.

Sadly you need to actually go to ACC and come back to Paz to refresh it, if you have further helicopter engines it's quite useful in this situation because you don't have to wait ages for Pequad to arrive.

Spoiler, paz got hurt, so i couldn't show the last one for now. I can't even get inside her room now.
