FIX C2W!!

1.While I was in free roam i came across the easter comms post where the mission C2W takes place and destroyed the communication equipment
2.When C2W unlocked I went to play and Miller (or Ocelot...I don't remember) says that I have already destroyed the equipment and the mission auto completes without giving me a rank
3. I wait a while until the comms respawn and I am able to play the mission properly
4. Now after I play the mission it gives me a rank in the debrief screen but in the missions list it never gives me a rank (only has -- in rank spot)

i had the same problem: all missions done with S rank - going for the achievement, and the C2W mission just have that "-" in the Missionlist.
I used that fix for it:

If you destroy the comms mission before hand, the mission auto completes. This doesn't let you get a S Rank, and thus no Raiden costume/100%.

That's super weird anyway; if it auto wins, shouldn't it be like the easiest S ranking ever? lol

It has nothing to do with respawning. He's saying that even now when he replays the mission and completes it normally, regardless of the rank he gets in the debrief screen, in the mission select menu the rank appears as "--".

yeah.... we kinda get it now, thanks. the post use to be different,basically without a lot of the info he put in, so of course we would understand it now, if we had just come across it. i was just telling him that there was no need to be a ♥♥♥♥ basically, the guy was just saying it worked fine for him

Wait so I just started my run to get S on every mission. I have S on C2W Extreme but not on the normal one. I just started the normal one and Ocelot said what he says and the mission was complete. So now instead of my previous rank which was A I think, its "--". Does it mean I am going to have the same problem as OP? Or mine is going to be okay after some time?

try the fix on reddit someone linked. it should be in one of the replys

I made it work by entering freemode, then starting the mission while on the ground and headed to the mission start point. WORKED, everything was there.

You just have to do 4-5 other missions/side ops and it will reset.
