How to make the Parasite Suit work?

Basically its like any other basic suit to me and has no Skulls abilities. Am I missing something. Maybe I need to extract more skulls to use the suit?

Parasite suit + Ability 'item'. There are 3, Mist, Armour and Invisiblity. You need to equipt both to use the abilities.

Once you're wearing the suit. "Use" the item from the radial menus.

Just like Kiroshi said. Besides, if you arent able to use it anymore it is because you ran out of parasites and you'll have to farm them again (boss mission).

Thanks everyone. I see now. I was wishing to get super speed running and stuff like that and unlimited ammount of powers. Like each time I get in the ACC is fills up the powers. I am bit sad because I cant S-rank all missions. Was hoping for super speed running from open world fast travel

I have another question. Lets say I like how the suit looks and just wear it can I still get S-ranks without using the abilities?

No, If you equipt it and start the mission, you're limited to an "A" rank

This is incorrect. You're only limited to A rank if you use the Camo parasite vial.

Armor and Mist don't affect your rank. I got S-Rank on the [Extreme] Sahelanthropus mission last night and I used the Armor Parasites the whole time.

Same here, but on "A Quiet Exit" or whatever the missions name is. :)

To use Armour/Mist/Invisibility, You need to have the parasite suit equipped, Don't you?

Also, Wasn't sure it was even possible to NOT get an S-rank on the metal gear battles!
