Cant unlock raiden outfit

I have attained s rank on all 50 missions and i still cant unlock the raiden outfit, unless there are more than 50 missions :|

You also have to:
- Level up your R&D to at least 53
- Satisfy the GMP requirement
- Make sure you have the Key Item "Grand Master Certificate"

It should be getting S Ranks on all missions, excluding the duplicate missions in the endgame.

I checked my mission list and found out that i was missing mission 46(truth one) and after completing that i did get the grand master certificate but didnt get the achievements for mission on s rank or the raiden suit

only need to complete all missions for the raiden outfit, s-rank on all missions gets you the gold outfit for snake, like gold quiet.

mate, what im saying is that i've completed all missions on s rank and still havent unlocked the raiden outfit

Right, goto the development tab, and scroll through to the outfits and check the requirements as mentioned above, most likely need to lvl up r&d

umm but the how is the gold outfit showing up + neither did i get the elite achievement lol

Are you checking the Uniform tab under the development section? Raiden suit should be under grade-6, 5th from the bottom.

Also Raiden suit is grand master certificate-standard

silver snake is master cert elite.
gold is grand master cert elite.

Have you done side ops 111, then main mission 45. visit quiet / a quiet exit.

Do you still have Quiet? If yes change your butterfly to something else and a mission should trigger. After the mission Quiet is gone forever.

Just note, after these missions Quiet will no longer be your buddy... but you can mod her back in easy enough, I did... and it's like she never left.
