Is Mission 46 bugged?
I'm replaying the intro? Or was the Miller part the last part, and then it just restarts the game?

Nope, that's the mission. You get a slightly different intro and new cutscenes at the end of it, but you have to go through the tutorial again. Did you rike it?

m46. shows the truth of what really happened. the scene is almost the same with some small differences. i wont spoil it. but i actually loved it.
just complete that mission to see what actually happened to big boss and to find out what the words "V has come to" means

Somebody's gotta explain it to me.

Is this related to what the woman says "the guy in the next bed saw me"? That meant her target was Ishmael, not "me"? It bugged me slightly the first time I played as well.

Ok, so I've completed it now...but not much the wiser.

How come Quiet says "the guy in the next bed saw me". How does she know, that "I" am not Big Boss, even though I look like him?

And Ocelot and Miller...they tricked me the entire game?

What about Quiet...how come she got attached to the fake bBig Boss?

So many unanswered questions. Sucks to not have played any other MGS game. Damn it man.

Best I can explain it with my understand of the story now:
Ocelot hypnotheraphy himself so he thinks you're Real Boss.
Miller has no clue until after the facts at end.
Quiet was out kill Real Boss, when she meets you again she thinks you're Real Boss she likely doesn't remember the hospital all to well considering she basically died & Skull Face brought her back to life to send after you. During her time with you after not killing her she comes to love Venom Boss, she doesn't want to kill Venom Boss who she still thinks at the time is Real Boss who she wants to kill.

Ending MGSV talk:
Miller finds out at end & Ocelot remembers, Miller is pissed that Real Boss abandon him & what they built, so he vows to train Solid & Ocelot will help Eli, then game leads into the events of Metal Gear 1.

Metal Gear 1:
Venom finds out who he is through the Intrude tape Real Boss sent to him, just before he has to go fight Solid Snake & gets brutally murdered by Solid"I feel sad for killing Venom back then when first played MG1 with that being the twist now"
Real Boss basically sent Fox & Solid to stall nato so Venom could finish Metal Gear & Real Boss was going to take it instead Solid starts to get too close to the Gear & Real Boss commanding Solid sends him into traps but Solid avoids them, Real Boss gets scared & leaves you no longer have Real Boss on codec.
Solid destroys Metal Gear/Venom Boss, so Real Boss no longer able to get the MG due to it's destruction just takes as many troops he can from Outer Heaven to bring to Zanzibar Land.
End of Metal Gear 1!

eli is liquid. solid snake never saw either big boss or venom boss before MG1. thats why he doesnt know it that big boss is basicly his father.
