like the title says , i don't get the meaning ! how can phantom feel pain?!

It's a referencing to aching and pining after the cut content, which you can feel but it's not there anyway.

When you lose a limb your brain need to adjust, and sometimes you can feal real pain or sensation in general, like the part you lost is still there.

yes, there are two recordings about the Phantom Pain, the first is in "Ocelot's Briefing 1" (think is the last of that collection) and there is another in the "At Motherbase" (not really remember the number) but the recording is called "Bionic Arm"... in there you can find the explanation to what Phantom Pain is....
