Completed all missions but no Master Certificate?
So I completed all 50 main missons (including Extrem) but I did not get the Master Certificate Standard, I checked the key items I have but nothing .. I did have the game blocked by windows firewall last week but I dont think that has anything to do with it. I am on 58% completion and have around 6 side op missions left. not sure whats wrong!

Your game is bugged. Wait for a patch, cheat or start over.

another bug most likely.
seems master items and blueprints are missing.
Im on Ps4 and I have a blueprint bug.
just hoping there will be a damn patch

I just replayed the "A Quite Exit" mission but no luck .. I guess we just have to wait for it to patch

I made a stupid mistake in C2W and blew up the comms equipment before doing the mission. Now whenever I get an S rank on C2W, instead I get a "-". There goes my 100% run.

i thnk you can still do it if you tell your heli to spawn further away from the C2W mission area. maybe.

There is a fix for the PC version floating around somewhere. Google around.
I got a bug where i couldn't fulton the container on the same mission because it wouldn't spawn. The only way it spawned is if i was to go in free roam and engage the mission from there, not from my ACC.

I am having this problem in 2020, using my old game save from like 3 years ago but I finally finished ALL of the main missions, all 50 are finished and have little checkmarks inside of them. Never got the certificate to get my Cyborg Ninja suit, not sure wtf is going on with this game.

cyborg ninja suit is for getting S rank on all missions, for just beating the missions you get a silver snake costume (and a silver arm I think)
