Make sure any high level soldiers (pretty much S ranks, again) you put in the Security Team have a direct contract on them, or you'll find it emptying pretty rapidly each day.
Joking aside, combat unit surpluss goes into security team, worth throwing the lot in temporarily so you can develop the security items and then tossing em back into your combat team. Early on direct contract those high level folks and essential troops. Eventually it just runs itself and repels most legit attackers. But definitely support and look for support from other players so you can be defended while offline and sleeping.
Rank S++ when you get those things if you don't care about someone coming and just fultoning a handful before he inevitably loses
Personally I just stick to A++ security teams with S rankers also in the team but not deployed to any of the platforms so there is less danger that I will lose them.
The real beneifit of having a high ranked security team is the smaller blockade time. Once you get it to S level the infiltrator only has 10 minutes. If you have 4 platforms it makes it physicaly impossible for him to progress through each platform in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
