F.O.B - Staff Equipment / Helmets / Battle Dress / Stealth Suit RESEARCH

As I continue to play the game online and invade people's base's, I notice some really high rank bases have their staff in stealth suits and also have helmets as well!

I looked through my research tree and I don't see any of those options at all.

So here are my questions.

1. How do I unlock helmets for my staff?
2. Is there an option to change from battle dress to stealth suit that I am unaware of?

I don't know about sneaking suits, but staff get more and more armor the higher their rank is. I think anyone S (or maybe A++) and up has full battle dress and helmet.

Honestly, I have my guys set to rank E only at the moment, and they are all wearing a fat battle dress with no helmet. So I'm not entirely certain if thats what it is or not. But I need clarification for sure!

I mean, the one guy I attacked had plenty of guys decked out and some were low rank, some high.

Your soldiers armor type is based on your lethality setting.

Lethal mode: Battle Dress
Non-Lethal mode: Sneaking suit

Helmets are equipped when you unlock the maximum level of battle dress/sneaking suit as I recall.

Ah okay, I didn't notice that was the difference. I need to take more time to set them both to max then and see if thats what the difference is ^.^
