can't seem to find it, one guide says its the officers you abduct but hat's eitehr a lie or a glitch as none of them have the skill.

also, just to confrim far as the bionics specialist isnt that the guy you rescue? Being that his whole thing is bionics...
Edit: I abducted every soldier so I don't know what the deal is far as mission 7.

One of commander you have to kidnap in mission 7 should be Radar specialist. If you already done it, check Brig or open up some space in case your base is too full and got accidentally kicked him out.
