No number pad support? You've got to be kidding me
As the title suggests, cant bind any keys to the number pad. Once again us lefties are left scratching our heads wondering why again. Surely its not that difficult to just let us access all the keys.

Yup join the club. I have a controller but i just refuse to play a shooter with a controller.
Silly that keyboard and mouse support are so bad. Cant even set switch weapon to mousewheel etc. Same goes for using the mouse in the menus and handheld ingame.

Just feels unfinished when it comes to setting control options etc. I wonder if they will change this.

Though not a leftie, I always map to num pad. So, here is how I have my setup:

first, num luck off

run/dash - shift (I use my pinky to hit the right shift)
pg up - walk (pg up should run off number 9 on the keypad)
pg dn - stance change (number 3 on the keypad)
V - action (this is mapped to a button on my gaming mouse)
q - zoom
z - bino (game mouse again)

use the arrows for movement, which work with num lock off.

Unfortunately, that still leaves a crap load of keys useless on the number pad.

It's not a shooter. When you play with controller, it snaps to enemies within range of your weapons upon aiming.

I have a 360 controller just prefer using mouse + kb. Oh well.. I'll be very surprised if they dont add better mouse + kb support in future updates. Games still young I guess

The program sharpkeys works well for stuff like this. Just change the NUM0-9 to function like the regular 0-9.

Can you explain what you do to make the keypad work? I can not find any way to make that work. Lazy/cheap programmers!

The program is fairly user friendly. Should we have to do this? No, but you get lazy developers every once in awhile.

Do a google search for SharpKeys and download the program. If you find it on the GitHub page and you're not familiar with it, there's a green button to the right that says "Clone or Download". Click that and select "Download ZIP".

When you start it up, click the "Add" button down below. It will give you a selection of keys to choose from, but you can just type the ones you want to use by clicking "Type Key".

So what you're doing is making your computer think the keypad keys are different keys. You could do it for the entire pad. I just keep it simple and turn the keypad keys I want to use and map them to their regular key counterparts.

So if wanting to remap the entire keypad, just click the left "Type Key" and press the number pad 0 key. Then on the right click the "Type Key" and press the normal 0 key. Click "OK". You've now added one entry which you should see in the "From" and "To" slots. Click "Add" again and do this for Number Pad 1 and regular 1. Number pad 2 and regular 2, etc etc for whichever number pad keys you want to change.

Once you have them all set I think you have to restart your computer, and then all the number pad keys you changed will simply act as duplicate key inputs to whatever you mapped them to.

Great info, good answer, not that I tried it yet.... I will try it and let you know if it works for me.

No mouse in the menus really grinds my gears.
