how do i unlock different looks for DD ?

No. The higher the bond, certain outfits become available for use with DD and DH, the latter being purely cosmetic. At max lvl you can change the color of their fur.

You can choose color of the fur, wheter or not he has an eye patch or a synthetic eye, and theres about 4 suits for him to wear.

Are you talking about suits or just looks? Because it pretty much tells you how to get them.

both . i was wondering what all the empty spaces are in the development tap , only like 5 spaces have suits in them . i thought color change was a suit .

Yeah I forgot about the eye patch thing. There's also a secret fulton suit you can unlock for him as well.

Everything has empty spaces for some reason...maybe they had more ideas but they never made it to the game.

But yeah theres 1 suit you can only get if you get the first aid manual in the very first village you come across in Africa but ONLY after you complete that mission. You have to go back to find it and you can use DD to fulton enemies and animals for free.
