I dont think the prisoners from the main missions are randomly generated at least. There was a guy on youtube who showed off his laughing wallaby and explained in the discription how to find her and I found her there also

Afaik, if you do the mission for the first time, they have the same name for everyone else until you extract that person. Extracting that prisoner for a second time yields different names.

There are like 5-6 different female faces according to the code, not including unique hero ones, which is quite enough since it's predominantly male anyway.

No, they're part of the regular game regardless of CE or pre-order, you'll get a set of them including those two.

I got female soldier who had a pretty cool name "Spunky Adder". Would've been nice to have a female snake out in the field but too bad she's only good for base dev.

na i pre order it from steam it seems like they r the motherbase staff 3 bonus. I have them in male too. The only soldier with unique tatoos. Avatar dont even have those tatoos.

Prisoner extraction 02, 09, 18 or 20. Their appearance varies every time, don't extract the one you don't like, return to chopper and re-trigger the side ops until you find the one you prefer.
