Reused Missions!
So, if youre about 30% or over you'll run into the same missions you've had previoulsly with a twist either relfex mode and chicken hat will be unavaliable. Or the mission must be done in total stealth! In any way can you skip this missions or will I just have to do them in order to progress through the main story line?

Yes, you have to do them. There are only twelve missions which are repeats though, so it's not that bad.

If you're talking about how to progress in the game after Mission 30 here's what you do:
The missions with brackets are actually not required to make progress. Just the missions with the yellow dot next to them are. If you run into a point where there are no such missions, just do a couple side missions (and/or the important "yellow" side missions) and the story will continue. Also visit your Motherbase for some additional cutscenes.

The missions with higher difficulties are really fun but also a major dissapointment on how the game handles difficulty. It would have been way better if "Total stealth", "subsistence" etc. became options for ALL previous missions rather than just a few missions having certain difficulties. I really hope someone mods that functionality in.

Also "Extreme" difficulty is a joke, I've been playing with reflex off since GZ came out without any problems and there is no reason to use the chicken hat. Total Stealth is neat since I don't have to manually restart from checkpoint like I have since the beginning of this game. Whoever was in charge of that clearly had no idea of how the previous games handled difficulty and those missions were just readded as padding rather than actually unlocking more difficulty options. European Extreme in this game should have been a combination of "Subsistence" and "Total Stealth" and "Extreme" should have been the default difficulty of the game, it just feels too easy.

No, not even close. This game is just too easy compared to the other MGS games in the series (including PW). People who got foxhound/big boss ranking on euro extreme in MGS2/3/4 are the real badasses.
I barely made a couple of EE runs on MGS3, not an achievement worth bragging about.

Wow thanks, I wish I could play without reflex mode, I'm to newbie. But really thanks for the help :D

i feel the same, the game is so so easy....replayed MGS4 so many times to get that Big Boss emblem (and trophy) and it felt like a real achievement, but here there's no challange....after beating the story and almost all side ops i feel like there's not much to come back for...

I agree with all of that cept I still seem to suck at being perfect stealth, I like to shoot faces with tranq darts and rocket fist too much. Since there is no need to manage HP and stamina this game is going to be much much easyer, coupled with blind as ♥♥♥♥ enemy soldiers(CEPT THOSE COCSUCKING PEICE OF ♥♥♥♥ FAGGOTASS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SNIPER ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!) I really wish they had more support items too, or moved the animal cages to support items, because just boxes and a cigar are all the usefull ones sans for para vials and maybe the diazapam if your a scrub. I never used the slow time pill and I have not tried the pill that reveals enemies, mainly cuz of DD.
