[FPS] Fulton drop 15fps+

Hi everyone,

When I'll play MGSV I notice that this game runs smooth and ever with 60fps. But when I use fulton, the fps drops 2~3 fps when I fulton enemy body, and drops more when I fulton trucks, cars, AA guns....in this last case, my drop is until 15fps+.

I recorded with my cellphone a glimpse of this footage, just for show this issue. Pay attention at FRAPS fps countdown.

The smoke in this game really does lower fps. I'm playing Max at 4K and whenever there'a smoke like Sehelanthropos moving and dust flys everywhere, my fps drops a lot. Fulton does too and so does vehicles sometimes. But mostly not a massive drop just 10-15fps

I tought that was it, but my fps NOT decreases with sand storm for example....if this issue was because smoke stuff....btw, i'll try changes my settings

Just EFFECTS nothing else
doesn't hurt to experiment.

Yep, I understood. But when I decrease the EFFECT setting what others effects will be affected too?
