Can't pick up "Rebel Yell" tape.

I've tried the mission in the area 3 times to pick it up, and tried many more in free-roam, and no matter how i position myself, or knock over the radio, or move the radio around on the ground, no promt to pick up the tape appears. Any help?

Dunno if you're still struggling with this one after 5 years. Probably not, but if anyone is having the same problem... it might help that there's one radio on each side of the bridge at Mountain Relay Base. Try both of them and do it on "Where do the Bees sleep" mission.
