why does boss have and iv going into his robot arm?
just got into the chopper this morning and boss has and iv going into his arm never seen that before.?

I think he is talking about the saline IV that you sometimes see your character attached to. I think it happens if you get injured on a previous mission.

It means you were shot a lot in the last mission and were seriously injured, your max health would have decreased after that. In returning to MB or the ACC you then recover your max health. The IV bag/blood transfusion is just a way to show that
