Finding russian tortoise
Have anyone found this animal, if so can you tell me the location?

Well, it will likely be a capture cage in Afghanistan. What I can't tell is if the results of a capture cage are based on location. I think they must be.

I think you should search grassland in the desert SE of where you have to eleminate the commander with Spetznaz guards early in the game.

Tortoise can't be seen, you can only capture them with cage. Also they can be caught at any place. Just place cage then cross fingers.

I got 2 in cages bout an hour ago but i have no clue where since i tend to spread them allover the place

I think the specific type of terrain is important though i.e. bullfrog is in swampy areas even though it can be found anywhere.
