regarding the Gun-Cam Defender Blueprint
got the blueprint but the gun cam defender is nowhere to be found in the development screen... Is my game bugged out?

Gun cam blueprint is for an upgrade to D-Walker, nothing else.

The upgrade lets him automatically attack enemies, so i'ts pretty useful.

upgrade for d walker is not there either. this blueprint is completely bugged i think

You're both missing specialist which unlock these features after the blueprint is obtained, most of them are prisoners you missed during missions

The gun cam defender blueprint only works (ATM) for a D. Walker upgrade. There are gun cameras in the game, but for some reason you can't get them for your FOBs. (Only time I encountered one was during Total Stealth War Economy)

It is not just the title. The description clearly says its also for developing gun cam.

I'm betting that it was either cut or it'll be released as DLC/when MGO comes out.
