Edit: If you missed them their skills would be highlighted during the selection of the mission. you should see it on the top right of your screen.
> implying 'lazy kid'
dude you just can't read, this is a question I was asking, not a trick question. I'm not sure where to find these specific things, even if the missions does say you can find them there.
This is true.
Explore and interrogate. Eventually you'll find them. D-dog is amazingly helpful in this regard as well.
Interrogate soldiers for he location or fulton everyone you see.
dude It is either the prisoners or one of the soldier which their friends mark it on your map or you can see little bit about him by scanning. I can read but the f*ck you cant play at all. I have like 3 missle guiandce guys 4 tranport specs and 2 trap specs because i did all the mission and before doing it i checked the mission map saw they will be on the map so fultoned every prisoner and ??? spec guy. IS this helpful for you or you want me to hold your d*ck and put it in da p*ssy
