Ground Zeroes from PS3 to Phantom pain PC?
I bought MGSV: GZ for PS3, and wanted to buy the MGS V: PP for PC, it would be possible to get the additional content with the GZ from PS3 to PC?

Nope, there's no crossplay in the PC or PS3 version. You'll have to snag another copy of GZ on PC for the extra content.

On Konami page they said that, if you had bought the Ground Zeroes you will receive the additional content in Phantom Pain, but did not specify the platform, i see it in a FAQ of MGS, but i can't link that because the page don't open. Sad :(
