Skip pre-mission chopper cutscenes ?

Can I skip the cutscenes where ocelot briefes me about the mission . There is a point , in which they become super annoying when I have restarted a mission 10 times

You cannot and yes it is annoying. One tactic that someone else shared with me is you can drop in at the position using free roam and then accept the mission whilst you are on the ground - you will then need to make your way to the start point where you will find an intel station.

Doing it that way means that when you re-start a mission you will already be on the ground and you can carry on with the mission as you are being briefed.

Well , to be honest , all of them sound the same to me . The three leads are just grim growly men growling grimly. I listen to the audio logs and I can barely tell the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ apart. And Kojima's trademark incredibly redundant dialogue doesn't help either .

Some missions can be started from the ground in free roam. You will still get the briefing but you will already be on the ground and be able to go do things immediately. Go to the zone the mission is in, first, in free roam. Select the mission and head to the mission box. No heli ride you gotta wait on... Maybe.

Edit: No heli ride if you hit restart, that is. You obviously need to ride the heli into the free roam.

just hit excape key and you can skip the cut scenes I am sure its the same on controler hit the pause button or what ever you use for start
