Quiet Nude Mod? Meh. how about a Ocelot Nude Mod eh? ;D
A Ocelot nude mod that replaces Quiet model will make the Internet explode....or something.

I'm straight btw.

Okay, let's just make everyone naked, at least while on Mother Base. Well, not completely disrobed, may just a vest that covers the upper chest with the emblem so we can tell who is, and is not, supposed to be on our base. It would also be a good way of identifying intruders.
