What's up with the really low-res desktop icon for MGSV?
Ground Zeroes' desktop icon looks fine, but The Phantom Pain's desktop icon is really low res for some reason (it's almost as low-res as the desktop icon for Half-Life 1!). Is it just a problem on my end or is it supposed to be like that?

Just posted a response to a similar thread:
made a different version of the icon. Its the exclamation mark V from the cover on a transparent background

in case... you know... any one still cares in 2018
