SPOILERS Miller and Snake

So I have researched this but can't find anything concrete.

When the chopper blows on GZ, the medic stands on Big Boss's way and gets the worse of it. Okay.
Miller is on the hospital apparently with both of them and he can see that Big Boss doesn't have a big horn on his head but the medic supposedly have and even other fragments.

Later in the game Ocelot reveals the truth for Miller so I would guess he didn't know that Venom Snake was a phantom Big Boss. So there's the question:

Why the ♥♥♥♥ Miller never noticed that Big Boss has this big horn on his head during all this time and didn't even question anything? He was there in the hospital, he even asks how the medic is doing after the doctors say that Big Boss his in a coma. So he just didn't pay attention?

Later in the game you can see that his eyes are white so I thought he was blind this whole time but it isn't the case since early in the game you can see that he has green eyes so he can indeed see even though I don't know how the ♥♥♥♥ his eyes went white, I would like an answer for that too. lol

well Miller wasn't like in visit to Big Boss at hospital, he lost an arm and a leg

im not 100% sure that the conversation between miller and ocelot occured after the game ended. judging by the cassette tape recording of zero with ocelot and then miller, it sounds like they had that conversation while big boss was in the coma.

But he was there after the accident and Miller lost an arm and a leg a couple of months before Venom Snakes wakes up.

Yeah, that would make the most sense even though I can imagine Miller giving Venom Snake some crap for some decisions Venom Snake have since Miller already knows he's a phantom if that's the case, like letting Huey getting away or keeping Quiet when he wanted her dead in the first place. He just walks away all butthurt cause HE'S THE BOSS I CAN'T DO NOTHIN EVEN THOUGH I KNOW HE IS PHANTOM. lol

well miller did say he will 'keep playing his role' which could also explain why he was always mad the whole time... bc he wasnt happy doing this. he wanted big boss dead

That conversation between Miller and Ocelot happened before Venom escaped the hospital.

First time you meet Ocelot when escaping, he tells you that Miller gave him two missions. Thefore, they have talked before.

So Miller's eyes going white... the parasites? Did he get blind or he became Code Talker 2.0?

No, they were not. They used to be bright blue back in Peace Walker.

Also when Venom first met Miller (while rescuing him) he asks if "they did anything with your eyes?", to which Miller replies no.

But then later Code Talker warns Venon "eyes on Kazuhira, a message from the parasites", and more than once in cutscenes we have a closeup on Miller's eyes which shows them as pale as Code Talker's.

My guess is that it was more removed content, like mission 51. They probably did something to Miller when the skulls kidnaped him and we were supposed to learn of that later, but must have been cut.

If you remember, the skulls kidnaped Miller and then left him to be found by the soviets. It was never explained why they did that.

If I remember correctly when you rescue Miller in the first mission you can see that his eyes are normal, one is beat up but the other seems fine at least color wise so yeah, I don't know what happened later in the game so both of his eyes are like that. Cut content is more likely.
