Any way to acquire a code for "Day 1" DLC?
I've tried e-bay & amazon, but only found a few already sold ones, anyone knows a dlc site or something where I might find one?

The day one codes were sold out within days for PC. There are still some for PS4 and loads for Xbox One.

How we could have the Day One DLC codes when the bonuses are not available for us at all? I don't get it.

Day One DLC codes were included with physical copies of TPP Day One Edition. If you got your hands on a physical copy and entered the Steam code, you got the Day One DLC.

The other way to get the Day One DLC was if you pre-purchased TPP on Steam (and got GZ free to download), but that was only available until release day.

are you talking about the redhead staff pre-purchasers got? I think that is pre-purchase steam exclusive. If you bought a disc version, I think you get a pair of greyhaired people with some face tatoo.

The Redhead "special volunteers" Garnet Canine and Crimson Canine are just staff members that all players receive. The grey haired staff members are "special volunteers" who become staff members if you transfer your Ground Zeros save file. They join at the same time as Kojima (if you recued him in GZ).
