Can we verify Quiet's outfits do not actually do anything?
Pretty much just the title. Is there any in game benefit to developing new ones?

If you develope the XOF outfit you get the benefit of not having to see naked all the damn time. It can't be a Hideo Kojima game without a naked, mentally damaged girl.

Only the aesthetic features I guess, at the expenses of user's gmp.. doubt that the "grade 5" XOF suit that cost so much to deploy actually does anything at all compare with naked.

The gold/silver/blood say they doo.... But I don't understand how it could work. They would have to see Quiet to be in 'fear' if she was wearing blood. etc

Earlier I was with Quiet in Africa and she took a position like 12m away from a sniper on the same hill with line of sight of each other. They were just both crouched there on the edge of the hill looking down at the camp. I would had taken a screenshot but I was little busy trying to kill him :/

All I said was that she is mentally damaged and naked. Somebody is projecting a little too hard.

She is not mentally damaged, she was severely burned. Those marks on her face are third degree burns.
