you'll develop medicine for that, for any MGS fan well known PENTAZEMIN, and you can later listen to the tape called Quiet Humming to gain the same effect
You can relax better if you lowered your breathing rhythm and slowly exhaled before shooting. I agree this is sth different from HOLDING it, which only would make you shake more.
Sorry, just found this.
Actually, in real life you DO aim better while holding your breath. I would know because I'm a sniper and archer, had lots of time to validate this theory.
It's not like JUST holding it makes it better though, you'd only find yourself shortly out of breath, panic, breath, and your aim would sway a lot before you fire.
Respiration is (unlike some people think) incredibly useful while aiming a firearm or a bow. Meditation as well is a useful something you'll wanna use if you find your aim sways a lot and you can't focus on your breathing easily.
Hope that helps.
Heart rate, Breathing and stance, Play a equal amount of importance when discharging any firearm, Especially rifles.
Everyone has they're own way of shooting, BUT anyone that has ANY experience firing long range, Knows that "Holding your breathe" is a HORRIBLE idea!
Why?- If you hold your breathe and are tracking or simply trying to get a bead, You will either have to gasp for air or it will elevate your heart rate and cause major sway. Again, Heart rate is VERY bad when elevated. You need to breathe slowly and shallow to avoid too much movement and to keep your heart rate down.
Lesson here? Do not claim you are something that you are not. Lying always catches up to you, buddy!
