Back up Back down mission
I think it was designed nearly impossible to achieve 100% just to annoy players.

start at the top landing zone - when you run by the first base, there is a parked armored vehicle, destroy it

then if you go to the middle of the map - you are at that area where there is a bridge and aside from maybe 150 - 200 meters of land, all the roads converge at the spot and you can run back and forth and destroy every vehicle

dont leave that spot, as soon as you have down time, order a resupply and wait till you need it. you gotta upgrade to the best rocket launcher, i forgot the name but it shoots multiple rockets and kills most vehicles in one hit. but thats why you keep ordering resupplies as soon as you can

from that spot you can also rescue the prisoner in the car and get the weapon out of the back of the truck. Once you finish and all the vehicles are down, you are good - you can shoot down the chopper, and then the tanks wont leave the map so extract at your own convenience

the prisoners part you CAN technically do in the same run, but just do it separate its much easier that way

I've seen a guy do it with perfect stealth / no kills, do all the tasks and acheive 'S' rank. I don't know how many playthroughs it would require to work out a good sequence to do it but it is possible. You could easily spend days working out the movements of all the various APCs and Tanks and Prisoners and Guards so I am glad that you don't have to do all tasks in one playthrough to 100% the game - I am already 230 hours played, if you needed to do it all in the same round I wouldn't even attempt to complete the game.

I hate forced action missions in stealth games because the mechanics of the game always make it harder than it needs to be.

I chased all the vehicles and they literally ran away from me, I gotta take your advice in next replay.

Do it with no kills? was that possible? I don't think I can do that no matter how long I play.

Yea... Spawning location is key.

The bonus for taling out all vehicles, chapper and tanks included, is enough for S-rank. You can take your sweet time with the chopper and tanks :)

SPOILER, Please beware…
I had to replay that mission two times because of saving bug.
The first time i stayed in the middle area with the bridge and running here and there to complete the all mission is just not giving you the chance of any mistake or delay at all. A good options I found was to start in the upper area, after cleaning the post guard there to be free to move , I place some electromagnetic mine (the one paralyzing vehicles), I place 4 in line on the road. I then ask for a supply while waiting the vehicle to come. The mine aren’t strong enough to really paralyses them (except the jeep or the truck, but not the armored vehicles or tanks) but it stop them a moment. Enough time to sneak behind them and Fulton them…
Once the first wave is done, the second, the third, I horse down South past the North base and go to the bridge area where I can wait the two other. Once all of them are capture, an animation appears saying the guy aren’t happy at all and are sanding some tank and chopper in the same time. I do the same with the tank (but I use the normal mine witch aren’t develop enough to destroy the tank yet, but stop them the same, for a small moment)… and of course get the choper with the shared device found in the truck...
You can stay in the upper location the all mission, but the last two vehicle will not arrive their before the end of the mission time, so it won’t work as you got all of them and then won’t start the tank and chopper last part of the mission…
That way, at the end of mission, you got a lot more vehicles in your resource, for the cost of losing only on objective: get all of the vehicle without any supply… and I can’t avoid been detected when I rush pass the North base, even if I hide during the ride, ant/or shoot as many spotter as possible in reflexes mode during the operation…
That the best way I found.
I have to say that it has been difficult to play it really nicely as I am facing some bugs with the control key, some time making some of the command not responding…

I watched this guy...

http://youtu.be/TSyDke7KoZs

He does seem to have 'all the things' though which helps. In fact I noticed he doesn't have Quiet as a buddy which you would expect for this mission, though he must have played a lot to get stuff like the rocket arm, leather jacket etc :?

you do know you dont have to get S rank and bonus objectives at the same time right? first thing you should do is get the S rank which is easy, spawn at the top near the supply post, stealth your way inside quietly(dont shoot CQC or do anything to any guards) sneak up to the tank inside the supply station fulton it then sneak out head to a safe spot then use the phantom cigar to pass the time when the timer runs out call the chopper and you'll receive a bonus of 200k points which is more then enough to get S rank then you simply replay the mission and work on the bonus objectives. FYI you only need to destroy/fulton 1 vehicle to beat the mission giving you plenty of time to do the other objectives (except for taking out the gunship objective it only shows up if you destroy/fulton every vehicle in the mission

its extremely easy, there are far harder missions to S rank/get objectives for
Sexy Nov 27, 2015 @ 3:52am
just do S-rank, then do the mission again for some objectives, then do it again for others gg ez
