R&D: Chopper S-RANK

On my R&D screen I have all my stuff is on "level S" like D-horse, D-walker, Quiet, etc. but my chopper is "level A". Does someone know if its possible to upgrade it to S? I'm level 88 in R&D.

Probably requires level 99, you have it written there so next time look in the game. :/
As for what this level influences, I have no idea.

I'm still 89. But I didn't saw any description on what level you need to get the grades on specific functions.
As you can see in the print I have all S grade, except for one (the chopper) and there is no new equipment to develop.

I got my R&D platform to lvl 99 yesterday, but it didn't unlock any new research. There is nothing left for the chopper to develop but some of the new items have very steep requirements.

Maybe they'll unlock the S-grade equipment in december then.
And about the new equipment, almost everething uses the most rare materials and plants, not to mention that cost a lot of GMP, but its good in some way since people will have a hard time to raide FOBs with these weapons because of the deployment cost.
