Materials Engineer
Ok is there any where else to get a materials engineer soilder because the one thats on mission 14 is glithed or bugged or whatever. I wormhole and helicopter extracted the materials enginerr on mission and he doest show up. Plz help

Well there are multiple possibilities, maybe your MB was full and he got auto dismissed or maybe he is in your sickbay or he is assigned to a different division and have to be moved to R&D.

So, I got the engineer with only 688 people in my base, max of 700 but he still doesnt show up... I've fultoned him and even used the helicopter. The helicopter extraction counts the rescue but I dont seem to keep him.
edit: ok the mission now says I have him but it's not counting in my R&D.

Redo the mission, sort "all staff" by "recruitment" and you should locate him, because he would be recent. When I got my Materials Engineer he wasnt assigned to the right department (has better stats for like intel I think). On top of that his stats just suck, so you have to lock (Q) him in after hes transfered to R&D, otherwise Ocelot will fire him.
