Listen to the important tapes, do the important side ops. Runs side ops till it unlocks.

I've tried it. Done all of it. Re listened to ever tape.

I *think* upgrading your Base helps, too. At least it's required for something else to unlock that requires Huey being exiled.

I got rid of Huey but some how the mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥ came back! I can't even send Ocelott or Kaz in to torture him anymore!

Isn't it just part of the story? To my knowledge it happened after the 2nd outbreak in Motherbase. Which I might add was one of the coolest yet depressing parts.

Ive already played that mission. RIght now I have no Main Side missions or missions to do.

I think I ran an extra side op or two and then got contacted by Miller (or Ocelot kinda hard to tell the two without subs) that I needed to get back to base ASAP. Was after I did Skilled Soldier I think, I remember cus I saw an S rank and as I was running to get him after getting the target, I was contacted and forced out of the zone :(

Yeah i did it a LOOOOOONG time ago. Good News is I JUST go the cassete tap of Emmerick being interagated about the Outbreak
