How to balloon?
I just brought this game and started playing today. Now I'm in Afghan, how do you knock someone out and attach them to one of those balloons?

If you use a keyboard press E. If you use a controller press Y or triangle.

Press the right mouse key to knock out. Hold the right mouse key to restain them. Doing this will let you interrogate them.

First you'll need what they call a "basket". You'll need to attach some sand weights to it.
Then you'll need to attach a gas-proppelant engine at the top of the basket and a fuel tank feeding gas to the engine, ofcourse. Do it carefully 'cause it can explode and kill you if you don't.
Then you'll need to attach a well-sewn air contention structure, more well known as "balloon" itself. Make sure it is made for balooning 'cause it has to have some ropes and a hole at the top so you can control properly your ascent and descent of the final vehicle.
Then you'll have to check wind speed, air humidity and ambient pressure/temperature to make sure you and your baloon will not be thrown kilometers away from where you in fact want to go. It's a lot more complicated than this, a lot of calculations and path predicting needed to do, so you might want to learn from a professional balloon pilot how to do it before doing it on your own, you know, so you don't crash it and kill yourself and everybody around the crash too.

There you go, that's pretty much 'how to baloon'.

Oh, but this is a MGS thread, so you must be talking about the Fulton Extraction Device...

such a last for baloons, he didnt even completed mission 1, but ask how to fulton anyone .
