Materials engineer glitch?
i've been doing lingua franca over 10 times now and have extracted the matateials engineer each time but i never get him when the mission is over.

yeah, same things happen to me. already extraced cybernetics specialist (or something like that, i forgot...) 3 times and it didn't count

He might has lower base stats than all the overs in the waiting room, so he will never be added to the total list. Just delete the useless bottom of the waiting room to make place.
