Have an even number in your team and they both cancel each other out, like the annoying one will annoy the toughguy and the tough guy will only focus on the annoying one
While it is true that two troublemakers in the same unit only focus on each other, they don't 'cancle each other out'. It's just that insetad of 1 random guy 2 troublemakers will go ot the hospital.
But you get so much staff anyways, unless they#re in combat or security team just kick them out (best go to all staff, sort for skill and you will have a bunch of all torublemakers clustered togetehr i nthe list then. find them and clear all of them out at once)
A)Dismiss them
B)Keep them in waiting list until you get another one
Having two S ranked troublemakers is always a good thing
Wait till you see a notification saying a fight broke out, check wich team it came from and quickly scroll down the list to find the troublemakers.
(You can easily find it because their skill has the longest name/title)
Don't bother keeping them, you'll fulton so much people a few of those in the end don't matter at all.
