Help with Extract the armored vehicle sealing off Lufwa Valley

I need help with this objective during the Code Talker mission. I know the vehicle is supposed to appear near the bridge, but everytime I save the old man and go there the tank isn't there. So what do I need to do to make it appear there?

If you killed all the snipers in the beginning, it should be guarding the back door of the mansion.

You mean stun the Skulls? I have 4 of them at the beginning, stun them, then went to save the old man and it wasn't there. Am I supposed to fulton them?

Tried it just now again. Killed the 4 skulls with the anti material rifle, went into the mansion loud (killed a bunch of dudes). Got to the code talker downstairs in the basement. On the way out it was out the back way.

1. Kill skulls. All 4.
2. Find Code Talker.
3. The vehicle will be lollygaggin' by the bridge (road) towards nothern landing zone unless you alert everyone so it drives towards the house.
