I hope not, I gave up at the second one since finding stuff is WAYY too difficult . This sort of movement is not snake's strong suit and it's incredibly tedious

Not just achievements, you need those for 100%.
Which is a shame as after Paz memento photos rubbish, in my opinion are the worst designed thing in the game.

I did all but 2 of them, them Command platform one gets on my nerves, always unable to find few targets. If they at least showed on the minimap so I have a rough idea where to look.

The trick is to do it at night with IC activated because targets glow.
If you're on the base and it's day, use phantom cigar to pass time (press 4 to stop the time progress when it gets into night).

the Command platform is by far the easiest , stand on the helipad , then shoot all the targets you can see , the slippery ones are as below:

4 targets are on the curve route near the Core , visible from helipad

Three are on the roof of the highest part of the building , barely visible , right above where the core would be , you can shoot these if you are standing on the helipad (these three are right above the aforementioned 4)

There are two targets on the same level you are standing , in the path to your left

There is one target placed on a high platform right behind the gap you see between the two buildings when you stand on the helipad (you might need to stand on the left edge of the helipad
to see this one clearly)

The final four would be on the walkways below the helipad , two on the left walkway and two on the right walkway , all 4 are visible if you stand on the edges of helipad.

My god these we're annoying..
*Some awesome Youtuber made a video for each one.
and it helped on the harder ones like R&D of some other one where if you go the wrong way you'll forget where the last one or 2 are...
*farming those diamonds and the target paractice was a cool way to make $ in early game.
I know i was just there few months ago as i restarted from scratch.
*Startiung f/ scratch renewed my MGSV interest again ;)

Yeah, I restarted and I'm leaving them for last. I didn't keep the link to the only useful one for the R&D platform where it took like 2 minutes. They took me a couple days to get them all done. And yes, restarting was dumb and I'm never doing it again.

the command center one is annoying because its a perspective thing.

they are all essentially right infront of you...just gotta walk to the right 5 feet and back 5 feet and you can see them all. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ obnoxious XDD
