No he can't. There is a reason they aren't using real world weapons, most likely licensing fees. If you have no use of the license you can't use the name or likeness of the gun.
You could say it is because Ocelot is working for Big Boss' company...who makes their own weapons.

Maybe Ocelot is just branching out or something. I don't even think he got a chance to use his revolvers this time around.
I...don't remember him shooting anything. Maybe I am forgetting something. MGO will have him shooting stuff up. Just kinda weird we didn't see him do some spinning revolvers show for 15 minutes this time around. But I am OK with that. The schtick was getting old.
