You got it wrong.... Otacon, aka: Hal Emmerich wasn't even in the game but was only mentioned and was only a 4 year old boy shown in pictures. He didn't make Huey suicide, Huey suicided because of the guilt of killing Dr. Strangelove and using Hal as a test pilot for Sahalanthropus.

As I recall Hal blamed himself for his father's death when he drowned himself in a pool with Emma, but if you had been paying any attention to the story in TPP and listened to all the cassettes you'd understand a little more what really lead him to doing what he did.

Huey was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hal is well sad, he means well unlike his crazy father who not only tried killing himself but tried to drown emma along with him causing her issues with water we see in MGS2.

I'd say I'm surprised anyone thought Huey was nice but I guess those people are new to the series cause anyone played the series till now well was likely expecting him to be an A-hole, honestly I was really surprised he was so nice in peace walker without really any ounce of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ness from him.
