Manifest files from /depotcache
Can anyone share the following manifest file? I deleted it by accident and the download is starting again... :steamsad:

appmanifests are only to tell steam where a game is installed and are machine specific. In other words it wouldn't do you any good.

the reason is I pay around 1000 bucks for 18gb of internet everymonth... the game cost me 999... I already downloaded once and dont want to download again...

And that's fine, your mind is made up.
But yeah, spending that amount of money on downloading that again is a giant waste of money for sure.

Might be an odd question but let's say it was a thing that could be done, what point would there be in me sending/you downloading the same file at, probably, the same size?

It's not gonna change a thing wether you're downloading it from me or Steam.
