Other than taking a shower on motherbase can't say i have noticed if blood is washed off in pools of water or in the rain, most of the time i have played surreptitiously into enemy-held territory but now and again i was shot at and injured and blood soaked, i remember on motherbase that it was raining on arrival and my uniform was still blood soaked until after a shower in the mobile shower cubicle.:steamhappy:
Rain does clean you up, but slowly. Puddles... Well, I have walked over rivers and some pools and noticed nothing. Pehaps while laying down?

slirazer: Likewise! Just a moment ago I snuck into bambwe plantation, took a hostage and was exfiltrating when i got caught by a searchlight. 5.56mm bullets in my legs and back isn't fun xD

Shaidon: I've tried laying down, both moving on my belly and back and nothing happens. Maybe I just need to wait more? :P

I tried rolling around in the pool of water in the Aabe Shifap Ruins for a few minutes while bloodied, no dice. Pity, but they probably didn't anticipate everyone pushing the "blood washes off" mechanic that far.

Crap then. :(
I had hoped someone had managed it.
It's kind of annoying, because they went so far as to make the player models get a wettened look when splashing about in the water.
