METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

Best weapon to stun zombie soldiers in mission 28 soldier farming?
I do the kill 3 sniper, sneak past 4th sniper, rescue code talker then farm soldiers and then kill last sniper method but there are hella zombie soldiers. Need recommendations on a good weapon that stun them

I just use the stun-uzy offhand, because most of the time im running around with that old man on my back, just have quiet "cover me" to randomly tranq people and land headshots, also if you call sleeping bombarmentts it helps

You can just use RIOT SMG. Or choke them.
Wu SPistol works too. You just have to shoot directly into their heads to sleep them

You can always try playing Super Big Boss Punchout 2015, as well. Zombies have no answer to the basics of CQC.

Kaz will keep whining about Code Talker, though.

Best weapon would be either the UN-ARC with rubber rounds or the Riot Smg. UN-ARC for it's versatile loadout options and ability to mount stun or sleep grenade launchers, Riot Smg for offhand usage and a large ammo reserve.

Air shotguns are useless because they require at minimum 3 hits to stun a puppet, which is exactly the same as CQC and rocket punch stunning. Fully upgraded stun arm isn't useful either because it doesn't have enough power to stun them in a single hit.

Tranquilizers are a possibility but take a lot more preparation than the other options.

Grenade launchers on their own are a waste of time because of their ammo supply and time of effect. Stun grenade launcher needs 4 grenades to down a puppet, instant takedown if it's a direct hit. Sleep grenade launcher isn't too bad but also has limited ammo unless using the infinity bandana.

Really, the best options are the UN-ARC and Riot Smg because of their ammo capacity, rate of fire, ability to take down puppets in a single headshot, barely any need to need a resupply and in the case of the UN-ARC rifle, having a grenade launcher for groups is always nice.
