Thank you :D I had to try it. I found that instead of spreading the sleep grenades you can put them relatively on one place - the effect stacks. Here is how I did it:

For anyone that is still having trouble with this mission (extreme) call in a single bombardment of sleeping gas exactly on top of her (at the beginning of the mission), then she will jump to the right corner (where she will sit on a cliff then move to a stone tower), drive her out by getting near her until she goes back to her original position (where she first starts shooting you and don't let her spot you) and climb the ruin and try to kick her twice (once when you come up behind her and the other when she tries to jump to a new location), which should knock her out. You won't get the S rank but you will complete the most difficult task of defeating her without a firearm. I hope this helps to whoever is reading this.
