Do I have to beat all 50 missions to get Cyborg Ninja suit?

if I used stuff like stealth for the other difficulty missions (stealthm subsistence, etc.) would that block me from getting suit? I looked at the screen that shows me the missions I used those items then I beat thise missions again without those items but i still didn't get the suit

Foe the Raiden suit, you need to S rank all story missions, but not the ones with [Extreme], [Total Stealth], [Subsistence], etc.

I got mine after I finished the game(completing mission 46) and my development team is not level 40.
I also dont have all invoices

you need to get S rank on all the uniqe story missions (disregard all the substinence and extremes and such), I'm not sure if that includes nr45, but it most likely does. Most missions are straightforward to S, the ones i struggle with are the oens with alot of vehicles that needs to be taken down and the dman mission 18 with the kids...

in the guide book it says you need to have completed the deja vu mission in ground zeroes on hard and import your save. Then you have to beat mission 46 in the phantom pain to earn the right to develop it.

You're right. I was confused bc you need a Grand Master Certificate and apparently there are three different kinds:

Master Certificate (Standard) – Complete every mission (not counting hard missions). This item will be granted to the player allowing the development of the Cyborg uniform.

Also yeah i realize i just said Grand Master Certificate and don't want to be accused again of LYING (oooh! so devious! lol) when i am just sleepy and mistyped so looks like you just complete every mission sans the hard replays.

To unlock the Cyborg Ninja uniform you need to have the following key item: Master Certificate - Standard. You can obtain it completing normal main missions (total of 38 missions). By normal missions I mean normal, not those repeatable hard level missions such as [Subsistence] [Extreme] [Total Stealth]. You can complete them at any rank. S-rank completion is not needed.

If you want to unlock Grand Master Certificate - standard, it gives you Raiden uniform. To get it you need to complete normal main missions with s-rank. And again, not those repeatable missions.
